Before ticket confirmation
If tickets cannot be confirmed, the order is cancelled or the payment authorization is released according to the payment status. If a payment has already been captured and the order cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be arranged.
Customer cancellation
Event tickets are usually connected to a specific date, venue and ticket category. After payment or ticket delivery, customer cancellations may not be possible. Where a cancellation is accepted, non-refundable payment processing costs, service costs or delivery costs may be deducted where permitted by applicable law.
After ticket delivery
After tickets have been delivered, refunds and exchanges may be limited by the event organizer, venue, ticket source, ticket type and resale conditions. Please contact support as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order.
Event postponed or cancelled
If an event is postponed, cancelled or materially changed, we will follow the available instructions for that event and update customers when possible. Refund, replacement or credit options may depend on the organizer, venue, ticket source and applicable law.
