Under normal circumstances, ticket purchases are non-cancelable at the customer’s request.

Refunds are only available if the event is officially canceled or rescheduled by the organizer.

When You Can Request a Refund

Event Cancellation by the organizer: full refund of the amount you paid on our site.

Event Rescheduling by the organizer to a different date or venue: your ticket remains valid for the new date, but if the new date does not suit you, you may request a refund.

Refund Amount & Service Fee

We refund 100 % of the total amount you paid on our site.

All refunds are subject to a 5 % service fee deducted from the amount you originally paid.

Example: If you paid €100 in total (including service fee), you will receive back €95.

How to Submit a Refund Request

Email info@yesconcert.com with the subject “Refund request – [Your Order Number]”.

Include in your message:

Order number
-
Event name and date
-
Brief reason (cancellation or rescheduling)

We will confirm receipt of your request within 1 business day.

Processing Time
-
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 14 business days after confirmation.

You will receive an email with transaction details, including the refunded amount.

The 5 % service fee applies regardless of ticket delivery method (electronic or physical).
