Payment and delivery
1. Payment methods
Online payment by bank card (Visa, MasterCard), Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Full prepayment: funds are debited immediately after order confirmation.
2. Electronic tickets
After successful payment, a PDF file with a QR code will be sent to your email.
If the ticket has not arrived, check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder.
If you do not have a ticket, contact support (see section 6).
3. Physical tickets
International delivery: according to the tariffs of the selected mail, specified when ordering.
Tickets are packed in a protective envelope-cover.
4. Delivery cost and terms
The delivery cost is calculated automatically when placing an order.
In order to purchase tickets, the Buyer must provide the details necessary to complete the order, including an email address, contact details and delivery address if paper tickets are ordered. The Buyer must pay immediately after placing the order using one of the payment methods available on the website.
The final price consists of the price of the offered tickets, the cost of delivery and Yesconcert's commission. Delivery options for paper tickets are available:
- courier,
- registered mail
If delivery by registered mail is selected, the Buyer authorizes the website to make a one-time transfer of the shipping fee to the Seller on behalf of and for the benefit of the Buyer. At the same time, the Buyer authorizes the Seller on his behalf and in his interests to conclude a contract for the delivery of the ticket (sending a registered letter) and to purchase on his behalf and on his behalf all materials necessary for the conclusion of the contract due to the cost of the ticket (for example, to buy an envelope). The payment for the shipment will be transferred to the Seller.
In the case of purchasing personal tickets, the Buyer can submit an application to Yesconcert to change the data again (to data different from those specified when placing the order). However, it is not always possible to change the details of tickets purchased through Yesconcert.
Exchange or refund
Cancellation, exchange or refund of ordered tickets is generally excluded. There will also be no compensation for tickets lost in any way.
In some cases, if Yesconcert has not yet sent the order, it is possible to cancel the order in the amount of 20% of the cancellation cost of the sale price. Once Yesconcert ships the order, cancellation is not possible. In this case, the full sales price is charged.
