Using YesConcert

YesConcert helps customers find and book tickets for concerts, festivals, sports, musicals and attractions across Europe. Event details, ticket categories, prices and availability are shown on the event page and at checkout.

Orders and availability

When you place an order, you select the event, ticket category and quantity shown at checkout. Please check the event date, city, venue and ticket category before payment. Ticket availability may change until the order is confirmed.

Ticket prices and face value

YesConcert is an independent ticket service. Ticket prices displayed on YesConcert may differ from the face value printed on the ticket and may be higher or lower than the original ticket price. The final price shown at checkout may include service charges, sourcing costs, processing costs and other applicable fees. By placing an order, you confirm that you accept the final price displayed before payment.

Secure payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Depending on the order workflow, your payment may be authorized first and captured after ticket confirmation. YesConcert does not store full card numbers on this website.

Ticket delivery

After checkout, you receive an order confirmation by email. Ticket details or delivery instructions are sent by email after the order is processed. Delivery timing can depend on the event, ticket source and organizer rules.

Cancelled events

If an event is officially cancelled and is not rescheduled, YesConcert will follow the available instructions from the event organizer, venue, official ticket seller, ticket supplier or other relevant ticket source.

Depending on the circumstances and the refund conditions available to YesConcert, the customer may be offered one of the following options:

100% store credit. The customer may receive store credit for the full amount paid for the tickets. This credit can be used for a future purchase on YesConcert, subject to availability.

Cash refund minus a non-refundable service and processing fee. If the customer prefers a cash refund, the refund may be issued to the original payment method, less a non-refundable service and processing fee of up to 12% of the order amount.

This service and processing fee covers payment processing costs, administrative handling, customer support, supplier communication, currency/payment costs and other operational expenses related to the order.

Delivery fees, payment fees and other third-party costs may be non-refundable unless YesConcert receives a corresponding refund from the relevant supplier or ticket source.

If YesConcert does not receive a refund, credit, replacement or compensation from the event organizer, venue, official ticket seller, ticket supplier or other relevant ticket source, the available refund or credit options for the customer may be limited accordingly.

This policy does not apply when the customer chooses not to attend the event, cannot attend the event, or requests cancellation for personal reasons. Customer-initiated cancellations remain subject to the standard cancellation policy.
